3.	What is the current Board of Pension rate for dues? The rate for 2009 is  31.5%.
4.	What are the current rates for Affiliated Benefit Plan through the Board of Pensions? This is for lay employees only.  Clergy must be enrolled in regular Board of Pension plan (see #3 above).  Lay employees may be enrolled in the regular Board of Pension plan or in the Affiliated Benefit Plan. 	It is based on the number of members in the particular church as reported to the General Assembly as of December 31 of the previous year. 2010 Per Capita is based on membership as of December 31, 2008.  2009 Per Capita is based on membership as of December 31, 2007.
